A gorgeous authentic umeshu blended with ripe ume puree.

Ripe umes that have been matured to the last minute are deep-frozen to contain the freshness, and puree with flesh is blended with one-year-aged umeshu.

It features a smooth mouthfeel of fruity ume puree, moderate sweetness, and a refreshing aftertaste with acidity. 

The CHOYA Craft Fruit was triple crown – “Best in Show” in the Liqueur category, “Double Gold” and Best of Class (Fruit Liqueur) in 2021 The San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC), the highest honor award in the world of liqueur.

Ways to enjoy: 

Straight & chilled, on-the-rocks, with soda or hot water, in cocktails. Excellent as an aperitif or an after-dinner drink.
