An authentic, traditional-style umeshu that is matured for two to three years, giving you a richer and deeper taste of ume.

Sweetly seductive with a smoky aroma followed by notes of almond and marzipan that is balanced with tartness from the ume fruit.

- Aged > 2 years

- Alcohol: 17% 

- Liquid content (not including ume): 700ml

- Ingredients: Japanese Nanko ume, sugar, and cane spirit

- Made from 100% Japanese premium Nanko ume fruit

- Does not contain artificial additives such as acidulants, colourings, flavourings, or preservatives.

The finest grain spirit is brought together with an original balance of 14 botanicals.

The woody hint of pine buds, aromatic lemongrass and floral lavender are all present.

Fruity jammy flavour from black mulberries balances perfectly with the citrus from the orange and lime peels in the finish. Hazelnuts, thick with natural oils, add texture and a smooth mouthfeel.
