This exceptional release is exclusively matured in 100% First Fill European Oak Oloroso Sherry Casks, some of the finest and rarest in the world. 

Nose: Strong cereal note with crunchy nut cornflakes, toasted sourdough and pinenuts are followed by fruity elements. Apricot skin, dehydrated raspberries and honeydew melon with a dash of cayenne pepper in there.

Palate: Creamy, creamy, creamy. Cereal milk, peach yoghurt and marshmallows followed swiftly by a sugar rush of tablet that does a 360° back into that creaminess on the nose.

Finish: Creamy. A hint of nutmeg.
